Purpose
Prove, in one organisation, that IMP can hold one primary path end-to-end — with humans Accepting — and leave residual capacity behind.
Do not run Delivery + Evaluation + Finance in week 1.

Success (pick one and write it in the SOW)

Roles the customer names on day 1

- IT — Kobo token (if used) and SSO conversation
